Corpupine™ is an education, strategic innovation, and organizational excellence company that develops educational programs, proprietary frameworks, transformational resources, consulting services, and customized solutions designed to support individuals, organizations, and communities.

Corpupine offerings may include, but are not limited to:

• educational programs and learning experiences;
• professional development;
• wellness and health literacy education;
• leadership development;
• workplace and organizational transformation;
• organizational consulting and coaching;
• digital tools and resources;
• assessments and educational instruments;
• workshops and facilitated experiences;
• memberships and organizational access;
• proprietary frameworks and methodologies;
• licensing and implementation opportunities; and
• certifications or other designations where specifically offered.

Specific programs and services may be subject to additional terms.

By using this website or participating in a Corpupine offering, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms presented to you at the time of registration, purchase, enrollment, licensing, or participation.

If you are using Corpupine on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.

Corpupine reserves the right to update these Terms as described below.

You must provide accurate information when registering for, purchasing, or participating in a Corpupine offering.

Certain programs may have specific eligibility requirements, age requirements, professional requirements, prerequisites, or organizational requirements. Those requirements will be identified in the applicable program information.

For programs involving minors, schools, healthcare organizations, or other institutions, additional requirements or agreements may apply.

Participants under 18 years of age must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian to enroll in and participate in Corpupine programs and strategies, including Operation Wellness Literacy (OWL) programs. 

Some Corpupine services may require you to create an account or provide registration information.

You agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information;
• maintain the accuracy of your information;
• protect the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• avoid sharing account credentials with unauthorized individuals; and
• promptly notify Corpupine of suspected unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Corpupine reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect the security or integrity of its services or to address violations of these Terms.

Corpupine offerings may differ in format, duration, content, access, pricing, participation requirements, and availability.

Before purchasing or registering, users should review the applicable program or product description for information concerning:

• what is included;
• access period;
• participation requirements;
• prerequisites;
• pricing;
• number of participants or authorized users;
• available materials;
• implementation requirements; and
• any applicable additional terms.

Corpupine reserves the right to modify, update, discontinue, or replace portions of an offering when reasonably necessary, while making reasonable efforts to preserve the essential nature of a purchased offering.

Where payment is required, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change in the future. Price changes generally will not affect an already completed purchase unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, processing fees, or other charges may apply.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Your use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider’s terms and policies.

Corpupine does not intentionally retain complete payment-card information when payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.

Organizations may purchase access to certain Corpupine programs or resources for employees, members, students, healthcare professionals, teams, or other authorized participants.

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

• access is limited to the number of authorized participants purchased;
• organizational access may not be transferred to unauthorized individuals;
• login credentials may not be shared outside the authorized group;
• organizational access does not transfer ownership of Corpupine intellectual property; and
• additional participants may require an additional purchase or written authorization.

Organizations are responsible for communicating applicable participation requirements and access information to their authorized users.

Certain Corpupine offerings may permit organizational customization, branding, implementation support, or other modifications.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, customization of a Corpupine offering does not transfer ownership of Corpupine’s underlying frameworks, methodologies, intellectual property, trademarks, educational content, or proprietary materials.

Any custom implementation, licensing arrangement, or organizational agreement may be governed by a separate written agreement.

All content made available through Corpupine, including but not limited to:

• names and logos;
• trademarks and service marks;
• program names;
• frameworks and methodologies;
• written materials;
• workbooks;
• presentations;
• videos;
• graphics;
• assessments;
• templates;
• digital resources;
• educational content;
• website content;
• software or digital tools; and
• other proprietary materials

is owned by or licensed to Corpupine unless otherwise indicated.

Corpupine’s proprietary intellectual property may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, transmitted, sold, licensed, sublicensed, publicly displayed, or incorporated into another commercial product or program without prior written authorization.

Unless otherwise stated, materials purchased or provided through an individual Corpupine offering are intended for the purchaser’s personal educational or professional development use.

You may not:

• share purchased materials with individuals who have not been authorized to receive them;
• reproduce materials for an unauthorized group;
• upload materials to public or shared repositories;
• resell or redistribute materials;
• remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
• modify materials for commercial distribution; or
• use Corpupine materials to create a competing program or service.

Corpupine develops proprietary frameworks, models, strategies, tools, and methodologies.

Access to or participation in a Corpupine offering does not grant ownership of those frameworks or methodologies.

Where Corpupine expressly authorizes an individual or organization to implement a proprietary framework, such use is limited to the scope of the applicable license, agreement, certification, or written authorization.

Unauthorized replication or commercial use is prohibited.

Corpupine™, OWL™, Operation Wellness Literacy™, and other names, logos, program names, marks, and design elements associated with Corpupine may constitute trademarks or service marks of Corpupine or their respective owners.

Use of Corpupine marks without prior written permission is prohibited except where permitted by law or expressly authorized by Corpupine.

Corpupine provides educational and professional development resources intended to support learning, informed action, and practical application.

Participation in a Corpupine offering does not automatically result in a professional license, academic degree, governmental credential, clinical qualification, or other professional authorization.

Where a Corpupine program includes a certificate, designation, certification, or other recognition, the applicable program description or certification terms will identify the requirements and nature of that recognition.

Certain Corpupine programs address health literacy, wellness, healthcare experiences, self-health, or related topics.

Such content is provided for educational purposes and is not a substitute for individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Participation in a Corpupine health or wellness program does not establish a healthcare provider-patient relationship.

Users should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding individual health concerns.

You agree to use Corpupine’s website, programs, and services responsibly and lawfully.

You may not use Corpupine services to:

• violate applicable laws or regulations;
• interfere with website functionality or security;
• gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
• impersonate another person or organization;
• distribute malicious software;
• collect information from other users without authorization;
• harass, threaten, or abuse other participants;
• distribute unauthorized Corpupine materials;
• infringe intellectual property rights; or
• engage in conduct that materially disrupts a program or service.

Corpupine reserves the right to take appropriate action when these Terms are violated.

Some Corpupine programs may include group discussions, collaborative activities, workshops, forums, or other interactive experiences.

Participants are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally.

Participants should not share another participant’s private information, personal disclosures, or proprietary organizational information outside the context in which it was provided without appropriate authorization.

Corpupine does not guarantee that information voluntarily shared by participants in a group environment will remain confidential unless a separate confidentiality agreement applies.

If you submit comments, feedback, testimonials, questions, suggestions, materials, or other content to Corpupine, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant Corpupine permission to use submitted feedback for purposes such as improving programs, services, educational materials, and user experiences.

Corpupine will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Corpupine does not claim ownership of your original intellectual property merely because you submit it, except as expressly provided in a separate agreement.

Corpupine may use or link to third-party platforms and services, including payment processors, hosting providers, learning platforms, communication services, analytics tools, scheduling services, or other technology providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, and requirements.

Corpupine is not responsible for the independent policies, practices, availability, or performance of third-party services.

Your use of Corpupine’s website and services is also subject to the Corpupine Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, disclosed, and protected.

Refunds, cancellations, transfers, withdrawals, and rescheduling are governed by the terms applicable to the specific product, program, or service.

Where a separate Refund or Cancellation Policy applies, that policy will control the applicable transaction.

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing access to a digital program or resource does not create an automatic right to a refund after access has been provided.

For organizational purchases, additional terms may apply regarding participant substitutions, access periods, and unused seats. See the full Refunds and Cancellation policy for further details.

Corpupine may occasionally need to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel a program, event, workshop, or service because of circumstances such as scheduling changes, technical issues, insufficient enrollment, personnel availability, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond Corpupine’s reasonable control.

When reasonably possible, Corpupine will provide notice and information about available alternatives.

Any refund or credit associated with a cancellation will be handled according to the applicable program terms.

Corpupine provides educational frameworks, strategies, resources, and services designed to support learning and informed action.

However, Corpupine does not guarantee a particular personal, professional, health, financial, organizational, workplace, or other outcome.

Results vary based on individual circumstances, implementation, participation, organizational conditions, resources, and other factors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Corpupine’s website, content, programs, resources, and services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

Corpupine does not warrant that:

• the website or services will always be available;
• the website will operate without interruption;
• all content will be error-free;
• all information will always be current;
• digital resources will be compatible with every device or system; or
• any particular result will be achieved through use of a Corpupine offering.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Corpupine and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website, programs, products, services, or resources.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Corpupine and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• your violation of another person’s rights; or
• your unlawful or unauthorized use of the website or services.

When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page and the Last Updated date will be revised.

Your continued use of the website or services after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Corpupine’s services will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and procedures of the appropriate jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with any applicable program-specific terms, purchase terms, agreements, policies, and the Corpupine Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the applicable agreement governing your use of Corpupine’s website and services.

Where a separate written agreement has been executed between Corpupine and an individual or organization, that agreement will control to the extent of any conflict with these general Terms.

If the participant is under 18 years of age, enrollment and participation in this program must be authorized by the participant’s parent or legal guardian. By completing enrollment, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have the legal authority to provide consent for the participant’s enrollment and participation and agree to the applicable Corpupine™ Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and program requirements on behalf of the participant.

The parent or legal guardian understands that the program is educational in nature and agrees to the participant’s access to and participation in the program, including applicable educational activities, digital content, communications, and program-related resources.

Corpupine, its agents, and affiliates are not liable for verification of parental consent beyond requesting that the enrollment process be completed by a parent/guardian rather than having the child independently create an account and accept the terms.
