I am a Doctor of Public Health and registered nurse with more than 30 years of leadership experience across clinical, non‑clinical, and corporate environments. A change agent and helper at heart, I have always been driven to lead in ways that create meaningful, measurable, and positive outcomes no matter the setting.
Throughout a thirty-plus-year healthcare career, I have served in leadership roles at every level and taught in nursing and public health programs at the college level for many years. My combined leadership expertise and academic success have strengthened my commitment to developing leaders and systems that drive positive, sustainable results.
Over the years, teams have branded me with titles such as “Ms. Fix‑It,” “The Guru,” “Best for Success,” and “Creative and Innovative.” I am known for turning the “impossible” into possible progress and for making a meaningful impact on both individual and organizational performance. I have held leadership roles in settings ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations, consistently serving as a top leader in every capacity. With a 100% success rate in improving corporate programs, strategies, and outcomes, my expertise became especially valuable during the COVID‑19 pandemic.
