OWL Age Well™ is the mature-adult learning stage of the Operation Wellness Literacy (OWL™) Academy, designed to support continued health learning, wellness, and informed decision-making throughout later life. The program recognizes that health needs, responsibilities, environments, and decisions continue to evolve with age.
Through practical, accessible health literacy education, participants build knowledge and confidence to better understand health information, navigate everyday health decisions, maintain healthy habits, and advocate for their well-being. OWL Age Well™ encourages participants to remain engaged in their health and discover strategies for living well through every chapter.
Whether used through individual learning or offered by senior organizations, community groups, healthcare organizations, health plans, or other community-based programs, OWL Age Well™ provides a flexible approach to lifelong health literacy and wellness education.
