About the Founder
Dr. Fayshonda Cooks
Doctor of Public Health and Registered Nurse with 25+ years of leadership experience. A change agent and helper at heart, my goal was and is to be a leader that affects positive changes in clinical and non-clinical settings.
I have been in leadership roles for most of my nearly 30-year healthcare career and a college-level adjunct professor for several years. My leadership expertise along with college-level faculty success have consistently supported my objective to be, and train others to be, an agent for positive outcomes.
My superb skills have resulted in teams branding me with many titles, “Ms. Fix-it”, “The Guru”, “Best for Success”, “Creative and Innovative”, and others. I am known to be one of the best at turning the impossible into possible and making a positive impact on individual and corporate success. Word-of-mouth has made me sought after by many for assistance with ensuring optimal outcomes.
I’ve held leadership roles in settings from small companies to Fortune 500 corporations and have been a top leader in every capacity. I take pride in saying I have only left any company after helping programs or teams perform better than they were when I arrived. I have created, improved, and orchestrated success strategies in situations that others thought impossible…and usually quickly.
I have a 100% success rate with improving corporate programs, strategies, and outcomes. During the COVID pandemic, I have been called on to help many non-clinical agencies create successful strategies. After seeing success continue from a virtual platform and having more requests than hours, I founded Corpupine. Corpupine enables expanded ability to offer expertise via online courses and tailored consultation.
