Course Description
GoaLLean is a wellness and weight management program that helps participants create easy-to-follow plans to achieve realistic self-health goals. This innovative course offers eight weeks of health education and coaching designed for enrollees to meet achievable short-term goals while building sustainable habits for long-term success. While the key terms are goal and lean, GoaLLean goes beyond weight management success to encourage whole health improvement over the eight-week program period.
Each week, participants learn more about nutrition, hydration, exercise, supplements, and other factors affecting health outcomes. In addition, participants create small weekly goals that with consistent practice can lead to big health and weight management results.
GoaLLean is led by experienced, licensed clinicians. The course provides evidence-based education on factors that influence health while encouraging participants to lean into successful wellness and weight management plans.
